Eligibility for Refunds

You are eligible for a full refund if:

  • You request a refund within 30 days of your initial subscription purchase
  • You are a first-time subscriber (refund applies to your first subscription only)
  • You have not previously received a refund from Pronesis

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Send an email to support@pronesis.pro
  2. Include "Refund Request" in the subject line
  3. Provide your account email address and order/subscription information
  4. Briefly explain your reason for the refund (optional but helps us improve)

Our support team will process your request within 2-3 business days and respond with confirmation.

Refund Processing Time

Once your refund request is approved, it will be processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method you used for the purchase. Please note that it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card company.

After the 30-Day Period

Refund requests submitted after 30 days from the initial subscription purchase will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. While we cannot guarantee a refund after this period, we will consider exceptional circumstances, such as:

  • Technical issues that prevented you from using the service
  • Billing errors or unauthorized charges
  • Medical emergencies or unforeseen circumstances

Subscription Renewals

The 30-day money-back guarantee applies only to your initial subscription purchase. Subscription renewals (monthly or annual) are not eligible for automatic refunds. However, you can cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges.

To cancel your subscription, go to your account Settings > Subscription > Manage Subscription.

Cancellation vs. Refund

Please note the difference between cancellation and refund:

  • Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time. You will retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period, but you will not be charged again.
  • Refund: A refund reverses the charge and returns the money to your original payment method, subject to the eligibility criteria above.

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Partial months of service (we do not prorate refunds)
  • Subscription renewals beyond the initial 30-day period
  • Services already consumed or used extensively

Disputed Charges and Chargebacks

If you believe you were charged in error or have an issue with your payment, please contact us at support@pronesis.pro before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card company. We are committed to resolving billing issues quickly and fairly.

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in the suspension or termination of your account.

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
